Terms of Service
These Terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Planet War", "we", "us") governing the Planet War website, game services, and Google Play app (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and meet the minimum digital-consent age where you live. Account details must be accurate. Keep your credentials secure, do not share or sell accounts, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.
2. Game license
Subject to these Terms, Planet War grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play the Service for non-commercial entertainment. The Service, code, artwork, names, and related rights remain owned by Planet War or its licensors.
3. Fair play and acceptable use
You must not:
- Cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, manipulate payments or ads, or use unauthorized tools.
- Interfere with servers, bypass security or access controls, scrape the Service, or attempt to obtain another user's data.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, or send illegal or abusive content through in-game communication.
- Sell accounts, game currency, rewards, or items for real-world value unless Planet War expressly permits it.
- Use the Service in violation of law, sanctions, export rules, or another person's rights.
We may investigate suspected violations and apply proportionate restrictions, reversals, suspensions, or termination.
4. Virtual items and game changes
Resources, items, boosts, rewards, and other virtual content are licensed features with no cash value and no ownership interest. They cannot be redeemed or transferred outside the Service unless expressly stated. To keep the game secure and balanced, we may change content, rules, statistics, availability, or rewards. Material paid-feature changes remain subject to applicable consumer law.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
- Android digital purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are also subject to Google Play's terms.
- Website purchases are processed by the payment provider identified at checkout and are subject to that provider's terms.
- Prices, billing period, renewal status, taxes, and cancellation terms are shown by the applicable store or provider before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew until canceled through the provider. Deleting the Planet War account does not by itself cancel an external subscription.
- Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are handled under applicable law and the provider's policies.
6. Advertising and rewards
The Android app may offer ads, including optional rewarded ads. A reward is granted only after the Service receives valid completion confirmation. Attempts to spoof completion or repeatedly exploit failures may cause reward reversal or account action. Availability is not guaranteed.
7. User communications
You retain rights in content you send, such as in-game messages. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, moderate, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and enforce the Service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
8. Availability, updates, and termination
Online access may be interrupted for maintenance, outages, security, or changes. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical and required. You may stop using the Service or delete your account. We may restrict or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security risk, fraud, or legal requirements, subject to applicable law.
9. Third-party services
Google Play, Google sign-in, Google Mobile Ads, web payment processors, and external community links are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. Planet War is not responsible for third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties not expressly stated. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any legally permitted liability cap and exclusions must be finalized for the publisher's jurisdiction before release.
11. Governing law and disputes
[GOVERNING LAW, COURTS, CONSUMER-JURISDICTION SAVINGS, AND ANY REQUIRED INFORMAL DISPUTE PROCESS]. Nothing in this section removes rights you cannot waive under the law where you live.
12. Changes to these Terms
